Sense of Touch and Artー Workshop and Talk Series

3331 Arts Chiyoda
Finished
Is art something to be appreciated solely with the sense of sight? The "Sense of Touch and Art" series is an initiative to create opportunities to explore the world through the sense of touch in today's visually-dominated society. Through talks with experts in various fields and workshops by artists, this project aims to deepen understanding of the significance of creating and viewing artworks from a tactile perspective. In this talk, Shinichi Fukuoka and Junji Watanabe will decipher the sense of touch from the larger perspective of life.
