Saburo Miyamoto "Flowers and Flowers"

Miyamoto Saburo Memorial Museum
Finished

Artists

Saburo Miyamoto
Flowers were the motif that Western-style painter Saburo Miyamoto (1905-1974) loved throughout his life. Miyamoto's "flowers," which he painted not only to reproduce superficial beauty and form but also to pursue essence and substance, transcend the realm of still-life painting and shine brightly as autonomous entities. The exhibition will also introduce the female figures of each period.
