This year marks the 140th anniversary of Rosanjin Kitaoji's birth, a renowned artist from Kyoto. Kitaoji was born into a prestigious family and pursued various creative endeavors, including ceramics, calligraphy, painting, lacquer art, seal engraving, and metalwork. This exhibition, celebrating Kitaoji's work, features around 100 carefully chosen pieces, organized into five themes: ceramics, calligraphy, tea, flowers, and food. The exhibition also includes materials like antique wood, Sarasa fabric, and Nara lacquer.
