The Roppongi Art Night Executive Committee will host "Roppongi Art Night 2024," a three-day event themed "A Festival of the City, Art, and the Future," from Friday, September 27 to Sunday, September 29, 2024, across the streets of Roppongi.

Marking its 13th iteration since its inception in 2009, this year's event introduces two new initiatives: "RAN Picks" and "RAN Focus." "RAN Picks" will showcase a selection of artists highlighted by Roppongi Art Night, presenting a diverse range of exhibitions. "RAN Focus" will spotlight a specific country or region, featuring programs by artists active in that area. This year’s "RAN Focus" will concentrate on artists from Taiwan.

Additionally, programs featuring past Roppongi Art Night participants returning to exhibit their works will also be included. As usual, the entire Roppongi area—including museums, cultural institutions, large-scale complexes, and shopping streets—will serve as the stage for around 40 programs by approximately 30 artists. These will include installations, performances, music, video art, talks, and digital works.

Roppongi Art Night 2024 aims to offer new ways to enjoy art in response to changing times and values, further exploring the potential of art in society. This autumn, we invite you to experience the convergence of diverse cultures and creativity at "Roppongi Art Night 2024."

Venues: Roppongi Hills, Mori Art Museum, Tokyo Midtown, Suntory Museum of Art, 21_21 Design Sight, The National Art Center, Roppongi shopping streets, and other participating facilities and public spaces in the Roppongi area.
