Artists

Tadanori Yokoo
This exhibition by Tadanori Yokoo, who has continuously contemplated and depicted "death," reflects on the cherished people and beloved cat he has lost.

In the "Cats" room, 80 pieces from the "Tama, Come Back" series, created in memory of his beloved cat Tama, along with sketches and photographs of Tama, will be displayed.

In the "Portraits" room, portraits and related materials of Yukio Mishima, John Lennon, Shuji Terayama, and Ken Takakura, who had close ties with Yokoo, will be featured. This room revisits traces of Yokoo's collaborative works across various fields, such as literature, music, and theater.

Simultaneously, the "Yokoo Tadanori Collection Gallery 2024 Part 2" will spotlight Andy Warhol, in conjunction with this exhibition.
