The Osamu Tezuka Manga Museum
Finished

Artists

Osamu Tezuka
"Phoenix" is a full-length masterpiece that delves into the timeless theme of the human life cycle. Narrated by the enigmatic "Phoenix," who transcends temporal and spatial bounds, the story unfolds across diverse locales. Originally conceived as independent narratives, these stories often intertwine, forming a sweeping chronicle that oscillates between the extremes of history, ultimately converging on the present day. This exhibit offers a glimpse into Tezuka's world of reincarnation, featuring over 120 handwritten manuscripts.
