Kyunchome
Exhibition of the first paintings by the duo art unit Kyun-chome, consisting of Honma Eri and Nabuchi. They began their activities in 2011, the year of the Great East Japan Earthquake, creating poetic and humorous video works and installations to reexamine and rediscover the world. Recently, their activities have undergone a turning point due to experiences in the Philippines and Hawaii, where they encountered overwhelming nature and diverse values during their stays, as well as starting diving at the same time. This exhibition will showcase over 100 art pieces, including drawings and paintings, focusing on their previously presented video works. New works for this exhibition are also currently in production.
