Artist O Jun will present an experimental exhibition titled "A Room with Paintings" featuring a space where paintings from different periods, by different artists, and under different circumstances coexist.
In a room named "Service Room," there will be an open production in progress. Several completed paintings from various artists and periods will be displayed, while O Jun continues to create new paintings, filling the space with paintings of diverse backgrounds.
In another room, O Jun will present his new works focusing on events and objects that have captured and held his attention, repeatedly depicted. He explores how repetition and tracing in his creation process interact with and bring about changes in new works, translating them onto paper and canvas.
This heterogeneous space, created by the artist, prompts an exploration of how it guides the viewer's senses.
