What exactly were ninjas?

Books on ninjutsu from the early Edo period reveal that ninjas trained daily to enhance their physical strength and senses, possessed extensive knowledge of nature and practical wisdom, and maintained steadfast mental fortitude. To what extent can modern science explain these abilities?

This exhibition allows visitors to explore the advanced techniques of ninjas and experience them firsthand. Through these experiences, it is hoped that attendees will gain a comprehensive understanding of ninja techniques and that the extensive knowledge and wisdom of ninjas will offer valuable insights for modern living.
