An exhibition celebrating Mitsukoshi's 350th anniversary, highlighting Genichiro Inokuma, the designer of Mitsukoshi's "Hana-hiraku" wrapping paper. In 1938, Inokuma studied under Henri Matisse in France, profoundly shaping Inokuma's artistic path as the artist continued to explore abstract beauty. The exhibition also features precious materials like photographs with Matisse and images of Matisse's studio from that time.
