Artists

Kyoko Ibe
This exhibition is by Kyoko Ibe, who consistently explores creative activities using Japanese paper as her material. She has pioneered her field of Japanese paper sculpture, producing a wide range of works that transcend the boundaries of art, craft, and design, including not only two-dimensional pieces but also installations and stage sets. To commemorate Ibe's 50th anniversary since her debut, this exhibition traces the evolution of her works from the 1990s to her latest creations, introducing the diverse expressions of Japanese paper.
