Artists

Kyne
Kyne is an artist based in Fukuoka, who studied Japanese painting during university and began activities around 2006. Inspired by manga and record jacket art from the 1980s, Kyne creates paintings depicting cool-looking women, collaborates with apparel brands, illustrates CD jackets, and works on advertisements, garnering significant attention both domestically and internationally.

The temporary mural "Untitled" exhibited at the Fukuoka City Museum of Art (2020-2022) also became a major talking point.

This exhibition marks Kyne's first large-scale solo exhibition in Japan. It will showcase works from past to present, allowing viewers to explore Kyne's charm.
