The Kurobe City Art Museum holds exhibitions that foster learning from the surrounding natural environment through artist-led research, emphasizing a non-anthropocentric perspective and an awareness of the interconnected world. This exhibition continues to reflect on life, using plants as a starting point—plants that, while firmly rooted in the earth, can spread their seeds far through interactions with others. Additionally, the museum values the image of continually spreading the seeds of knowledge brought by our collection and exhibitions outward. Together with the artists who share the climate of the Hokuriku region, this exhibition offers an opportunity to imagine the possibilities of "seeds/art" as the source of various "things/events" and their organic connections.
