Kudoyama Town in Wakayama Prefecture is a town rich in history and culture, as it is blessed with a World Heritage Site and historical sites related to Yukimura Sanada, as well as being related to Michiko, wife of the late Ikuo Hirayama, a master Japanese-style painter.

In 2016, the "Kudoyama Art Festival 2016" was held for the first time with the catchphrase, "The whole town is an art museum." In 2021, a full-scale "Kudoyama Art Festival 2021” was held, which attracted many visitors.

Kudoyama is the starting point of the road leading to Koyasan, and the "town center" of Kudoyama is lined with old, quaint machiya houses.

The aim is to create an unforgettable experience for visitors to Kutoyama and a place where they can share in the joy of the festival.
