His paintings are painted with a special technique. Instead of painting colors on a white background, the white surface is carved to get colors from underneath. More than 100 color gradient layers are under the surface that is carefully carved into. He starts with layers of dark colors, then gradually change to lighter ones, and finally to almost white. After that, he starts to carve the surface of the painting, although it’s more like melting with water and brushes, making shapes of flowers, trees, and the sky. This meticulous process took approximately three to four months to complete the works.
