Jiro Taniguchi is a manga artist who weaves profound stories, sometimes lyrically, sometimes humorously, with meticulous drawing and composition, leaving a deep impression on readers. Taniguchi's outstanding skills and authorship are highly acclaimed around the world, and he is known to have many ardent fans, especially in France and other European countries.
