Insight is an exhibition series that revolves around the work of featured artists, curated according to specific themes. The 31st edition of this exhibition series will focus on the theme "something familiar."
The interaction between everyday familiar living spaces and the objects used within them has often sparked creative thinking. Work produced through methods such as repurposing mass-produced items or waste often encapsulates satire, humor, or kitsch.
Furthermore, with the emergence of new devices like smartphones that fit in the palm of one's hand, various information disseminated by individuals or small groups through social media platforms has been exerting significant influence on people's lives.
The five artists participating in this exhibition are deeply knowledgeable in their respective media and create works that expand upon them, while also drawing from art history.
