Shimodate Museum of Art will hold “Heart Cocktail 40th Anniversary The World of Seizo Watase - A Journey of Colors" as a special exhibition to mark the beginning of the year 2023.
Seizo Watase's works, with their urban sensibility and vivid colors, are highly regarded as works of art and still enjoy tremendous support from all generations.
This exhibition commemorates the 40th anniversary of the serialization of his best-known work, "Heart Cocktail," and features approximately 200 works from the 1980s to recent years, including Heart Cocktail.
