Flatline City is an open platform for people struggling in the city. It will host a cross-disciplinary art festival based on film, performance, music, and thought. This year’s theme is "Dance is Resistance." The festival will be held at two venues, Kitasenju BUoY and Motoeigakan, and will include performance events, round tables, and workshops by artists, as well as screenings and exhibitions of related films.
