Artists

Eiji Uematsu
Eiji Uematsu, a contemporary artist from Kobe, now based in Iga, Mie, uses soil to explore the themes of earth and fire. Uematsu reflects a deep connection to natural processes and cosmic time, focusing on observing celestial movements and the rhythms of nature. Uematsu's sculptures, simple soil formations, provoke deep contemplation of nature's fleeting beauty and individuality.
