Donchi is known for their colorful style that melts together like ice cream and creates all their work on an iPad. Their works are characterized by a pop sensibility combined with a delicate poetic touch.
This exhibition, themed around the exciting feelings of the day before summer vacation from childhood, offers a space that can be enjoyed by both adults and children through representative series such as flowers.
The exhibition will feature 11 giclée prints that mix new and old works, as well as a new attempt with F25-sized canvas works. In addition, a variety of goods such as apparel, picture books, and cookie tins will be available.
This will be Donchi's first solo exhibition in Osaka, with their activities mainly centered in the Kanto region.
