Domoto Insho painted many historical paintings throughout his life. This exhibition will feature his early to late masterpieces on historical figures including “Vimalakirti” from the Taisho period, his first postwar work “The Birth of Prince Shotoku” and his last work “Zendo Daishi” (Buddhism Master Shantao).
