David Shrigley
Born in England in 1968 and currently based in Glasgow, David Shrigley is an internationally recognized artist known for the witty and black humor-infused drawings. Shrigley's work spans a variety of media and sharply engages with the art exhibition system. The art emanates a nonsensical brightness and humor, challenging the complex atmosphere of contemporary art. Embracing the belief that "art is for everyone," the works are inclusive, appealing to audiences of all ages, including children.
