As part of its opening celebration, GR Space Tokyo is featuring Daido Moriyama. Moriyama's street snaps are not just records but unique expressions of the energy of the city and the everyday moments of its people, influencing many photographers and artists with his distinctive perspective.
This exhibition will primarily feature photographs from the photo books "New Shinjuku" (2014) and "Tokyo" (2020), displaying over 100 works of street snaps from Tokyo, including Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, and Ginza. Additionally, representative works such as "Misawa's Dog" and "Tights" will also be exhibited.
Exhibition Period:
- First Term: August 11 (Sun) – September 9 (Mon)
- Second Term: September 12 (Thu) – October 21 (Mon)
*Please note that some works will be swapped out between the first and second terms.
