The theme of Brutus's 1000th issue is "The Best Purchase of Your Life." What people desire reflects their values and life perspectives. In the "Best Buy of Tomorrow" project, which Graf is participating in, visitors can see new products or works that have never been seen before, focusing on the future, in contrast to past best buys featured in the magazine. These will be available in Graf's online shop on Base and its physical store.
Graf specializes in custom furniture and products. Graf will showcase its flagship products sold since its founding, as well as recently announced products, with a refreshed color scheme. While exploring new possibilities, the aim is to foster good relationships between people and between people and objects through contemporary craftsmanship.
The creators who have joined this project are up-and-coming specialists who are attracting attention for their next moves. Unique items and special editions commemorating the 1000th issue will be showcased here at Graf Porch, crossing genres and offering a variety of distinctive works.
Additionally, there will be a curated book corner titled "Books to Make a Staple in Osaka in 2024" by Standard Bookstore, as well as an exhibition and sale of back issues and edited books of In/Sects, a magazine focusing on topics related to Osaka. Don't miss out on the zine "Our Shopping Diary," specially issued for this occasion.
