The exhibition "Back Ground View" featuring the artists Uku Kusakabe, Konosuke Sakata, and Shunsuke Miyazaki will be held at Buzzchika. The title "Back Ground View" is a coined term referring to a landscape that exists gently outside the focus of consciousness, similar to the scenery seen through a train window.

When the train window is lost, the body of the train forgets that it is moving, and the train loses its meaning as merely a box carrying people. In this exhibition, the three artists will attempt to assign new meanings and drive narratives by overlaying the concept of "Back Ground View" onto objects extracted from landscapes that have lost their meanings.

Kusakabe will create new works for a fictional sci-fi drama series based on mysterious stone piles discovered in Greenland while exploring Google Earth. Sakata will find unique meanings in pieces of wood discovered at a dump and incorporate them into original devices. Miyazaki will display works that translate the lines of drawings depicting his living room into sculptures, as well as objects derived from linking phenomena within the exhibition space to his sculptural views.

Through their sometimes playful practices, the three artists will add and peel away the "Back Ground View" of objects, constructing a space where the objects behave solely as themselves.
