There is no strait in art." What is created when "artists" from different ecosystems “transfer" across various boundaries? Is it possible for ecosystems to exchange and come and go?

“Artist Transfer" began with an exhibition at Kokura Izutsuya (Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture) in October of this year, with the hope that artists working in regional cities would exhibit and interact across prefectural borders, thereby expanding the art scene. This exhibition is a continuation of the first such exhibition, moving to Hiroshima and introducing artists based in Hiroshima and artists associated with Kyushu who are mainly based in Fukuoka. In recent years, the art scene in regional cities has been attracting attention, and it can be said that artists' alternative activities are creating their own regional characteristics.
