From the digital season during the pandemic, when the world was drastically transformed, to the latest collection that dynamically returned to its Paris collection after the pandemic, the exhibition will showcase the clothes created in the process of the world regaining its everyday life from the abnormal.
This exhibition will showcase the collections presented by Anrealage from 2020 to 2023, during the pandemic when people around the world experienced the abnormal.
"Home," "Ground," "Dimension," and "Planet" were presented during the four seasons when the entire Paris collection was held only as a digital show, and "A&Z" was a patchwork collection that seemed to regain its body at the real Paris collection that finally came after the four seasons, The "= (equal)" collection, which reveals the depths of the surface layer with bold hue changes utilizing photochromic technology, is a collection of clothes created in the process of regaining normalcy around the world.
Shigetaka Kaneko (Shige Kaneko Co.) was in charge of the venue composition, and Kana Kawanishi (Kanakawanishi Art Office) was in charge of the planning and production of this exhibition. A portion of the exhibits were also created by Rhizomatiks.
The main visuals of this exhibition are two rings that represent the 20th anniversary. The rings are composed of letters of the alphabet, clockwise from A to Z and counterclockwise from A to Z, with A and Z overlapping at the intersection. The slit graphic in the background is a cutout of a portion of the look displayed in this exhibition, arranged in chronological order.
