Le Corbusier
"The secret underlying my quest and intellectual production lies in my constant practice of painting."

Le Corbusier (1887-1965), an architect who worked primarily in France, is highly regarded as a key figure of 20th-century architecture, with 17 of his properties across 7 countries registered as UNESCO World Cultural Heritage sites. However, he is also known as an artist who left behind numerous artworks.

This exhibition presents around 130 pieces from the Taisei Corporation Le Corbusier Collection, which houses some of the world's most significant works. It is the first time in approximately 30 years that the collection’s drawings and papier collé works will be displayed comprehensively.
