The Yokosuka Museum of Art holds four exhibitions of its collection each year, showcasing modern and contemporary Japanese art, as well as works by artists associated with Yokosuka.

During this exhibition period, Gallery 4 will feature Saori Akutagawa, highlighting the pioneering female artist known for her avant-garde dye works in the 1950s. Galleries 6 and 7, the Asai Kane'mon Room, will present works depicting his iconic motifs of power line landscapes and roses.
