Edo paintings have often been shown at Tsuruga City Museum's "Spring Edo Painting Festival". This exhibition, this time at Fuchu Art Museum, will immerse the visitor in the beautiful world of "non-fantasy" through the works of Yamato-e, the Maruyama-Shijo School, and other artists who pursued beauty relentlessly.
