This tea bowl-themed exhibition introduces new works created with Takuro Kuwata's original techniques for producing colorful slipware. These pieces reflect the 2018 Loewe Craft Prize winner's desire to communicate, question, and share with the viewer the various methods of ceramic art. New works using gold and platinum painting and other approaches Kuwata is currently focusing on are featured. The works will be sold using a lottery system.
