Kazuo Shiraga, Fujiko Shiraga
Kazuo Shiraga [1924-2008] is an abstract painter from Amagasaki City. He established "foot painting," in which he paints with his bare feet. Together with his wife, Fujiko Shiraga [1928-2015], he is active for more than 50 years, producing a number of powerful works that earned him international acclaim.
This exhibition is the second collaboration with men's fashion brand Almostblack created by designer Shunta Nakajima.
*The exhibition will be partially changed during the first half [4/23 (Sat) - 7/18 (Mon)] and the second half [7/20 (Wed) - 9/25 (Sun)].
