One of the largest art events in Ikebukuro, "Ikebukuro Montparnasse Circulating Museum of Art" will be held for the 17th time this year. This is an annual community-wide event based on the concept that "every corner of the city is an art museum," carrying on the spirit of Ikebukuro Montparnasse in the modern age. This year, in addition to the usual May event, an event will also be held in the fall.

In addition to information on the 17th Ikebukuro Montparnasse Circulation Museum of Art, this exhibition will highlight the creative activities of "Parnassus Pond," an artist collective consisting of four young artists who are currently based in Ikebukuro.

The "Pond of Parnassus" exhibition will be linked to the WACCA Ikebukuro and Echika Ikebukuro galleries so that visitors can enjoy the works at both venues.

Venue: WACCA Ikebukuro 4F Gallery

Concurrent event: Echika Ikebukuro Gallery (exhibition dates: April 1 - May 30)
