"Who is Machiko Miroco?" - this is the topic of the exhibition. We will mainly put on display Miroco's recent paintings and original pictures, three-dimensional works, as well as book and CD designs, which were rarely presented until now. The exhibition will introduce Machiko Miroco's charm from different perspectives.

Yokosuka Museum of Art opened in 2007. The concept is that "the entire environment is an art museum." Surrounded on three sides by the lush forest of Kannonzaki, it opens onto Tokyo Bay. The building was designed by Riken Yamamoto. The outside of the steel building is covered with glass, creating a unique nested structure where open spaces and closed spaces to protect the artwork coexist. The height of the building is kept low to harmonize with the surrounding environment. The interior of the museum, which makes extensive use of an atrium, is an open space with soft light streaming in through the round windows on the exterior walls.  The museum has a collection of approximately 4,500 pieces of modern and contemporary Japanese art, mainly paintings and sculptures, and the "Rokuro Taniuchi Museum" where visitors can enjoy "Shukan Shincho Cover Painting."

The Aqua Mare is an Italian restaurant produced by Chef Yoshimi Hidaka of Ristorante Aqua Pazza, which has its main restaurant in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. Using fresh local ingredients, visitors can enjoy an original menu only available at the Yokosuka Museum of Art.
