Artists

Shinsuke Yoshitake
Since his debut as a picture book author with “Ringo Kamoshirenai" (Maybe Apples) in 2013, Shinsuke Yoshitake has been popular with children and adults alike. He continues to draw endless fantasies and ideas with a fine-tip pen, capturing people’s humorous quirks and gestures and a way of looking at things that strikes at the truth of the world. Yoshitake’s first large-scale solo exhibition peers into the artist's mind, presenting more than 400 items including small sketches and original picture book drawings – the source of his ideas – as well as three-dimensional objects he conceived for this show, plus items from his own treasured collection.
