Artists

Daniel Arsham
This is the third exhibition project in collaboration with Pokémon Inc. following "Relics of Kanto Through Time," the first of two consecutive exhibitions held at Nanzuka and Parco Museum Tokyo from June to August 2020, and "Time Dilation," a solo exhibition held at Perrotin in New York in January 2021. A Ripple in Time" will be held in three Nanzuka galleries, Nanzuka Underground (Jingumae), Nanzuka 2G (Shibuya Parco), and 3110NZ by LDH kitchen (Nakameguro). In addition, the exhibition will also be held at 66 Plaza in Roppongi Hills and the Sogetsu Plaza with its stone garden by Isamu Noguchi on the first floor of the Sogetsu Kaikan designed by Kenzo Tange, five venues in total.

The title "A Ripple in Time" focuses on Celebi, who plays the most important role in the newly created animation. Through Celebi's ability to transcend time, Arsham's aesthetic will become a reality in the world of Pokémon.
