Atomic Elements is a formative experiment project that uses geometric forms as its basic form and develops shapes by combining multiple elements such as materials, processing, and perspectives. By observing the properties of materials and the functions that can be obtained through processing, experimenting with ways of combining them, and then reevaluating the embodied object from multiple perspectives, a new form is created. The aim is to draw out the various possibilities inherent in form through a self-cycling method that repeats the process of “thinking, realization, experimentation, and observation.

In addition to the works on display, the exhibition will also feature a selection of books that have been selected by Bunkusa Roppongi based on their association with the form, concept, and background ideas of the Atomic Elements works.

In addition, a limited number of 30 sets of Atomic Elements (pieces), the pieces used in the actual work, will be available for purchase.
