Fumie Sasai captures gentle forms overflowing with life, such as flowers or children. Etsuko Tashima creates spaces filled with energy using ceramics and glass whose forms are reminiscent of the female body and plants. These two artists represent the new wave of developments brought to the world of crafts by women. This exhibition will present works of unparalleled imagination on the theme of the "garden" as a symbol of abundance and of paradise.
