Tomoyoshi Sakamoto
This is the second solo exhibition by up-and-coming young artist Tomoyoshi Sakamoto, who was born in 1985. Sakamoto belongs to a school of post-otaku art, using girly Tokyo girls as his motif to create new images that combine these girls with the sweets and pastries that they like. These images, however, also conceal a contemporary sense of irony. 6 new works are on view.
