The second edition will be held under the theme of “CIRCULATION - Connecting Cities, People, and the World.” The festival invites visitors to reflect on the relationship between cities and people, the symbiotic bond between nature and humanity, and the cyclical nature of time as they explore a wide variety of art in Tokyo Waterfront City.

The key visual was created by graphic designer MACCIU, well-known for her unique and warm style. Participating artists include Yu Nagaba, Yoshidayamar, GROUP, Kenta Ishige, Asako Fujikura, Miyu Hosoi, Shiori Watanabe, and others.

The festival will feature various art and metaverse installations, XR experiences, workshops, performances, and projection mapping. Among the highlights is an outdoor art exhibition: Artificial Biotope, which will be displayed at the “Stone and Light Square” next to the “Flower Plaza.” Curated by Yoshidayamar and the architecture collective GROUP, the exhibition will take place in a pavilion designed for collaboration with emerging contemporary artists.
