[Resolved] [Android App] An issue occurred where the app would not function when opening the event page

We encountered an issue with the Android app provided by Tokyo Art Beat, where the screen would turn white, and the app would not function when viewing event pages.
Currently, an improved version of the Android app is available on Google Play. If you are using an older version, we kindly ask you to update it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Issue

When launching the Android app and attempting to view any event page, the screen remains white.

Android app only

Affected users

Users who are using the Android app version 3.4.1 or later.

Cause

・Due to certain sections of the shared source code within the event screen causing errors only on the Android side.
・Versions of the Android app containing this code: 3.4.1 and later
(Release date of version 3.4.1: July 7, 2022)

Action

・We have corrected the sections of code causing the errors and released the latest version to the store (Release date: January 18, 2023).
