Fukuda paints with his fingers using acrylic and other media. At first glance, his work looks two dimensional, it in closer look reveals three dimensional quality in the combination of his finger strokes and motifs depicted in gradations and various forms.
Yoshida portrays contemporary issues and materials in the form of isometric layers, giving viewers a sense of security and entertainment.
Thus works of both artists have a sense of depth beneath their subdued surfaces and modes of expression.
