Taking as a motif the famed natural souvenir "Marimo" that lives by Lake Akanko in Hokkaido, the Mokkori craze continues unabated throughout Japan, with sales of CDs and animation DVDs continuing to soar...
This "Mari Mokkori" exhibition at Logos Gallery commemorates the popularity of this adorable character.
